We have on-site application and pilot plant equipment to ensure products are tested extensively prior to market launch. We have trained panel and an excellent sensory facility that is also accessible for our customers and suppliers.
Our factory at Yatala, 30 kilometres south of Brisbane, boasts state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. The batching, blending and filling processes are computer controlled resulting in precision and accuracy. Safety processes include an in-line rare earth metal magnet, 3mm sifter, in-line check weigher and x-ray inspection of every sachet. The laboratory ensures that every product leaving the factory has been tested for quality and integrity. Bacterial testing is also conducted on each batch by an independent laboratory before the product is released for distribution and sale.
As a manufacturer for both the domestic and the international market, Frosty Boy Australia is inspected and approved by both federal and state agencies, as well as independent accreditation bodies and large international franchise chains. Frosty Boy Australia manufactures under a strict Safe Quality Food (SQF) code of practice with regular audits conducted by independent bodies. All of Frosty Boy Australia’s products manufactured at the Loganholme plant are also Halal certified.
